The staff was very friendly and flexible. They made us feel welcomed. The room was spacious and although the first room we were given had some problems with TV and AC, they immediately moved us to another one. Whilst initially we were worried the location could be a little far from main attractions, it was actually very close and it is such a nice walk (10-15min). We were very glad we stayed here and we never used the car and walked every where. There is a big multistory car park just in front of the hotel and you can also park on the streets for free in the evenings and weekends.

Specifically upon arrival the valet (Cleveland) was very pleasant to me and my wife and he convinced us to use his service which was a good decision! We enjoyed conversing with him and he gave us great tips and tour advice. Then we entered the lobby and was greeted by the front desk agent who again was very nice a pleasant and allowed us to check-in a little early around 2:30 or 3:00. The hotel was beautiful and well located for our walk throughout the city.

The location was good. It was a little bit away from the bustle of the city market and other attractions, but very much a walking distance (10-15 minute walk from everything!) It was also pretty quiet (aside from the constructiong). It was clean and quiet, gave complimentary breakfast, and had a bar that was open each night. The lobby was a very comfortable and cute design as well.

So nice there was no noises or distraction could be heard in the room. Breakfast was very refreshing. The entire visit I can say was clean and was lovely.
